This standard applies to an emulsion filler for interior and exterior use on rough surfaces such as concrete, stucco, and cinder and concrete blocks before topcoating.
The filler complying with this standard is intended for filling depressions and small cracks on new and painted porous surfaces that have been properly prepared. This filler is not intended for use under two-component systems.
